Important info
Please ensure that you choose your correct location when checking out in order to be presented with your relevant shipping options.
For the 'print at home' delivery option, please make sure that you have entered the correct email address and that you have the facilities to print off a pdf version of the voucher.
Please keep you voucher code safe as it is valid for one use only and we cannot accept responsibility for any codes that have been accidentally shared.
If you require the vouchers urgently please let us know in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply the vouchers outside of the specified time periods. If you'd like to check in advance of purchase then please get in touch via the "contact us" section of our website before placing your order.
The vouchers will be issued in the denominations that you select unless you ask us in the notes section to combine them into one voucher.
Delivery or Collection
Juliette's vouchers will be delivered by 'signed for' post, by selecting the "print at home" option at checkout, or by collection (by arrangement) from our shop in Peel or our home in Kirk Michael. You should message us via the website after purchase if you would like to collect to arrange a time.
Other info
The voucher can be redeeemd online by using the unique code or by messaging us directly to arrange for it to be deducted from the checkout price. The voucher code is good for one use only so please keep it safe! Vouchers are valid from 18 months from the purchase date - this will be printed on the voucher as a reminder.
